Ordering Process

All orders are placed through WhatsApp. Once your order is confirmed, our team will process and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Payment Terms

To confirm your order:

  • Customers are required to pay the delivery (DC) charges in advance.
  • The remaining order amount is payable through Cash on Delivery (COD) when your order arrives.

This process helps us ensure secure and efficient delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence.

If you decide not to keep your order, you may return the fabrics to the delivery rider at the time of delivery. We will happily accept the return, provided:

  • The fabrics are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • The product is returned immediately to the delivery rider during the delivery visit.
  • The original packaging, labels, and accessories (if any) are included.

Once the rider has left the delivery location, returns may no longer be accepted unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Refund Policy

If you return the fabrics to the delivery rider at the time of delivery:

  • You will not be required to pay the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount for the returned items.
  • The advance delivery (DC) charges are non-refundable, as they cover the shipping and handling costs already incurred.

If we deliver the wrong product or a product with a verified manufacturing defect, we will work with you to provide a replacement or an appropriate refund, including the delivery charges where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue
